New Ownership, Same Great Product!
We want to share something important: RestoraPet is now under new ownership.
Summer of 2025, our family acquired RestoraPet with a passion for pet wellness and a mission to create the kind of customer experience we’d want for our own pets. We’ve been listening, learning, and fixing what went wrong, all while preserving the same great formulas that have always made RestoraPet special.
While we have learned a lot about the business and areas of improvement, those of you who have ordered from us in the past have the most to teach us. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there are any questions, comments, or concerns you have (or had!).
We have committed to improving our website, to be both more responsive and user friendly. In this update we want to ensure our customer support line is more accessible- so you can get the assistance when you need it most. Other changes include reliable inventory, so product is in stock when you need it most.
Lastly we wanted to say thank you to loyal, new, or not yet customers- as you are the ones who helped make RestoraPet what it is today, and what it will be in the future.
