Terms and Conditions for the RestoraPet Trial Program:
The RestoraPet Trial Program (the “RTP”) is a program sponsored by RestoraPet, AKA RejuvaPet, LLC (“RestoraPet” or “RejuvaPet, LLC”) through which individuals can obtain exclusive discounts, free merchandise, or other incentives by registering for a trial of RestoraPet.
Enrollment
You must enroll in the RTP by signing up via the RestoraPet website and following the links and instructions to create an Account. An Individual must have a unique, valid email address to create an Account and/or to otherwise participate in the program. Prior to completing the registration process and enrolling in the RTP, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment in the Program does not at any time or in any way designate the Participant as an employee or official representative of RestoraPet.
Eligibility
This program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are of 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment in the Program. Participants must have a living Pet — for the purposes of this agreement, a dog or cat (or other domesticated animal with prior approval of RejuvaPet, LLC).
Additional Terms and Conditions
- RestoraPet reserves the right to terminate the program at any time.
- Offer is limited to one participant per household. Attempts to obtain multiple offers will result in disqualification from this and future RestoraPet promotions and will result in a charge for the full retail value of the item.
- Customer agrees to maintain their subscription for a minimum of 20 days of the trial period, in order to objectively assess the effects of the product.
- If the customer does not cancel their subscription from the “My Account” page, customer agrees to receive a monthly subscription of RestoraPet at the current price of $24.95 per month plus $4.95 for shipping. This price is subject to change at the sole discretion of RejuvaPet, LLC.
- RestoraPet does not accept returns of product beyond the 28 day trial period.
- Customer agrees not to resell the product.
- RestoraPet reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
- Participant’s continued participation in the Program constitutes his or her assent of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
- All Terms and Conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
- Void where prohibited.
- This Program is not to be combined with any other offer without express written permission of RestoraPet.
- If for any reason whatsoever RestoraPet determines in its sole discretion that the Site is no longer capable of running as intended, RestoraPet may, at its sole discretion cancel, suspend or modify the Site and/or Program in whole or in part.
- Participant releases all submitted materials (including videos and written material) to RestoraPet for unlimited use in its sole discretion.
- Participant releases RestoraPet, the Program administrator, and any affiliated agencies, and any and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, and licensees (collective, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, fees, losses, or damages of any nature resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with Participant’s participation in the Program.
- By receipt of a trial, Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, fees, losses or damages of any natures, including, without limitation loss or damage that Participant may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with Participant’s participation in the RTP and/or by use or misuse of any Rewards offered as part of the RTP.
